Some days, nature feels like a coach, and today, it showed up with sunshine and wind to push me along. The forecast threatened rain all day, but instead, the skies cleared for two beautiful walks.
The first was a solid 5km midday walk where I felt unstoppable. I focused on my pace and actually managed to improve—small win, but it felt great! The second was a slower, reflective sunset stroll (3km), where the chill started to bite and made me rethink my ambitions for a longer distance.
Still, 12,000+ steps in the bag. The best part? Walking along this canal with its crisp reflections and golden hour glow—truly a photographer’s dream. Days like these remind me that progress isn’t just measured in kilometers but in how much you appreciate the journey.
