I like option 1, 2, 4 and 5. Not recommended to use Sim and don't know about Dbond. So I will leave option 5. HBD is ok and you can set a objective but other second layer tokens should not set objective because their price will be higher.

Why you set aside 5% for burning. I do not like idea to burn because we can not more LBI. It is limited so I will not recommed burning. Just keep the tokens. Burning is wasting your money.
