My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2024

Today I was back at work at my medical clinic.
It was a busy day. I had several annual physicals which take a bit more time than regular visits.

Busy is not a bad thing as time goes quickly.

I did manage to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.
