Waking up with music always hit the right spot, and that was how my day started. With my alarm ringing into my eardrum to remind me of the urgent need to be awake to begin the day's journey.
I must confess that I found it a tad bit hard to leave my bed, but deeply, I knew I couldn't help but stand unless I would be faced with dire consequences of my actions. Though I did enjoy the tune that woke me up, I had to switch it off to start the day fully concentrating.
My journey had me with a lot of unexpected songs, and they were all filled with love thus, One love.
One Love; Bob Marley.
I don't know about you but there's something about oldies music. Bob Marley songs never fail to give you that feeling, and getting to listen to this again gave me that nostalgic feeling and sent me some nice fluffy tickle tingle down my spine. I couldn't help the dance that overtook my soul and then passed out to my physical self. I found it super interesting .
One Love; Nas.
Then, over to Nas, the love for this song started with the beat and then the presence of rap. Awesome, right? Hehe.
One Love; Blue.
The last one, too, was first loved by the beat. The intro was awesome, and the lyrics were inspirational.
These songs blend right in despite the age gap, and this is why a good song is always "evergreen.” It can't just be helped. It always thrives without trying hard.
So, to you listening in, I am wishing you an evergreen life. Hoping that whenever your name is mentioned, you'll always be a great inspiration and give that homey feeling to many.
