I like Fridays because I do my youth group. Tonight I had them doing a cooking challenge trying to make nice tasty dishes without using meat. They did well but there is always a lot of washing up. I made them do it behind the youth centre by the railway lines that run behind the hut. They would have made too much mess inside.
I did start the day with my rowing machine routine. Completed 563 calories.
Today also had my booster jab, will probably feel like crap tomorrow.
