Time. It is such an interesting concept.
Time is relative. If we move faster, it ticks away more slowly. If we are slow, it goes faster.
But also our perception of time is quite subjective. A boring day at the office can feel like forever, while the amazing time with kids, family and friends, can feel like it passed in a moment.

A friend and I recently had a talk about children growing up - and yes, it often feels like the time just slipped away. We cannot turn back time. We cannot change the flow of time.

Time is also absolute. Every person has the same time every day. It is how we spend it, what makes the difference.

And when our time is up, then it is also absolute. But that is also the beauty of mortality - since everything ends one day, time is precious. Every moment is precious, since it could be your last one.

The flow of time is out of our control. This makes it so mysterious. So final.

I am alive! And I am happy to be alive!

Fantastic thoughts about time there Andy, and yes it only moves in one direction even if we can view the past given sufficient distance, looking at the sun and we see 8 minutes back in time, but we can't visit those 8 minutes back, the sun has already moved on, and yes looking back at our lives it has moved very fast and all the time we get matters, use it well and stay !ALIVE

I like your topic here. Time -- for me, it is the most important resource. No matter what your social status in life, we all have only 24 hours in a day. Well having more resources can buy you some time, but that's as far as it goes. It's still the great equalizer for me. Happy weekend!
