Yeah, there are a couple of countries where we joke that the attitude is "if it isn't signed-for, it must be free". I only ever use tracked delivery for international orders nowadays; people will either pay it, or they won't.

It's a shame that a very small minority of crooks spoil it for the majority of good, honest buyers.
