BATTLE MAGE SECRETS RULESET: Going the Distance

When this rule came out, many of us can think of the difficulty in being able to make a decent and competitive lineup and it should be noted that in red lineups (fire), since there are so many cards with the CLOSE RANGER ability, we can make a complete lineup with cards with this ability as well. That way we will always have a card in the front line that attacks and that way that position is not wasted

Description:

Only units with ranged attacks may be used.

Consider including units with the Close Range and Return Fire abilities in your lineup.

BATTLE CONDITIONS

This time we have the Going the Distance battle queue that allows you to summon only cards with a ranged attack.

This rule presents us with the challenge of thinking about which card we put on the first line because it is a defect of these cards that they cannot attack on the first line. The solution is to have a summoner with the CLOSE RANGER ability or cards that have it since this ability allows cards with ranged attacks to attack on the front line.

CORROSIVE WARD This rule means that when a card with a melee attack does damage, the maximum shield is reduced by -2 and the ability to repair will not regenerate this shield that subtracts this ability.

OPPORTUNITY This rule allows all cards to attack the weakest card, so if I place cards with MARTYR's ability this will strengthen the cards that interest me, making them more difficult to eliminate and I would eliminate my enemy easier

My Team

QID YUFF

This summoner will be very important for victory as it is level 3, it will activate interesting skills and the cards will have better statistics which improves your chances of survival.

Additionally, the PIERCING ability allows you to do damage by surpassing the shield in such a way that if the enemy's catta has 1 shield and 3 life and you deal 3 damage to it, you would eliminate this card in a single round, which without this ability would be 2 rounds.

TORCH MYRMIDON

This will be the first tank with the CLOSE RANGER skill since the second skill will not be useful this time.

Its 2 damage is a decent damage that will help us achieve the objective of our victory. In addition, its 2 shield and 7 life give it a great survival capacity, but more important will be its 4 speed that will possibly allow us to dodge some attacks and its also takes us Keep in mind that the enemy's attacks will be deflected by the OPPORTUNITY ability and what I will deflect is a card with the MARTYR ability, this card will become more dangerous

VENARI MARKSRAT

This card will only be there to attract some attacks from my enemy since it is the card with the least life which will cause his death and this will strengthen my GARGOYA DEVIL and my TORCH MYRMIDON through its MARTYR ability, making them more dangerous and with a greater probability of dodging attacks .

GARGOYA DEVIL

This card will be in the third line due to its flying ability that gives it the possibility of dodging some attacks and this possibility will be even greater when VENARI MARKSRAT dies, which with its MARTYR ability will increase all its statistics. .

LAVA LAUNCHER

This card has a great shield of 6, a life of 6 and above all its 3 attack will allow you to make a great contribution to the objective of victory, in addition the CLOSE RANGER ability allows you to attack on the first line

TINDERLOCK


This card has a great life of 9 and 3 attack, making it an important 8 of the team. It also has the CLOSE RENGER ability, but its LAST STAND ability will allow it to be the card that, when left alone, will increase all its statistics by 50%, which gives an ultimate resource for victory.

ASH MIRAGE

This card will be essential by reducing my enemy's ranged attack by -1, it reduces the danger of his cards and prevents him from being able to eliminate my cattas so quickly.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE BATTLE

RONDA 1

My enemy starts the first round, with the first attack and eliminates my VENARI MARKSRAT attacking first with his SUPPLY RUNNER and eliminates him with his AVA THE UNDAUNTED, which strengthens my GARGOYA DEVIL and my TORCH MYRMIDON, bringing problems to my enemy. In addition my VENARI MARKSRAT fulfilled its function by attracting 2 attacks and increasing the strength of two of my cards.

DRYBONE RAIDER attacks and hits my TORCH MYRMIDON, leaving it at 6 health.

Then he attacks my GARGOYA DEVIL with his VENARI MARKSRAT but he dodges the attack.

Two of his cups were eliminated by me before my enemy managed to attack.

I attack his GARGOYA DEVIL with my ASH MIRAGE and eliminate him with my GAGOYA DEVIL before he can attack.

TORCH MYRMIDON attacks and removes the shield from his DRYBONE RAIDER.

I attack his FUNGUS FLINGER with my LAVA LAUNCHER* and eliminate him with my TINDERLOCK. This increases all the stats of your DRYBONE RAIDER making it more dangerous.

RONDA 2

my enemy manages to attack my GARGOYA DEVIL with his
VENARI MARKSRAT, AVA THE UNDAUNTED, and SUPPLY RUNNER leaving him at 3 life.

Manage to eliminate my TORCH MYRMIDON with the double attack of his DRYBONE RAIDER.

I managed to eliminate his DRYBONE RAIDER by attacking first before being eliminated by it but contributing to his elimination by lowering his life with my TORCH MYRMIDON, then he was attacked by my ASH MIRAGE and finally he remove my GARGOYA DEVIL.

Finally I manage to eliminate his VENARI MARKSRAT by attacking him with my LAVA LAUNCHER and my TINDERLOCK.

RONDA 3 and 4

In round 3 my enemy fails to attack, I eliminate him before he attacks his SUPPLY RUNNER by attacking him with my ASH MIRAGE and LAVA RUNER.

Although the attempts to attack his AVA THE UNDAUNTED fail to be successful as he manages to dodge the attacks of **GARGOYA DEVIL and TINDERLOCK.

In this last round I managed to eliminate his AVA THE UNDAUNTED, they attacked ** GARGOYA DEVIL** and my TINDERLOCK eliminated him.

LAST CONCLUSIONS

Here the key to my victory was that all my cards had the CLOSE RAGER ability, this allowed there to always be a card on the first line that could attack.

Ash saw that he lowered the ranged attack of all my enemy's cards, preventing him from quickly eliminating my cards.

In addition, the increase that my VENARI MARKSRAT made to my GARGOYA DEVIL allowed me to eliminate several cards from my enemy.

The PIERCING ability that the summoner gave also contributed, allowing it to do additional damage that saved a round in eliminating a card..
