Hello and welcome! :)
I literally forced myself to train a bit today. It's fine because once I start, next time I'll have to force myself a little bit less. I am sure tomorrow my body will hurt because I'm not used to it.
I find it hard to tell what I've been doing the whole day. It went so fast, I did some things for uni and had a lesson with one of my students. Some of them already feel the holiday vibe and skip some lessons, but honestly, I understand. As a tutor, I am also going to cancel some of our lessons in June because of my project.
I am thinking of reading "Atomic Habits" for the second time and I'll probably do it. I have mentioned it before on my blog, but this book has literally changed the way I see my habits, my routine, and so on.
