There are some malls in my city that will surely get demolished or repurposed within the next decade. There are also an unnecessary amount of highrises being built. A lot of condos sold as investment properties. I wish they'd envision outdoor spaces like this.

        It's pretty cool when you see how it draws in the community and gives them a safe space. I think the fact that most of the businesses are top notch helps too. The tallest building in downtown Burlington is maybe 10 floors at best, so that makes it nice.
