A Jealous Bestie.

in The Ink Well6 days ago

Tina was kneeling at the front of Sonia, her best friend. Tina did something very bad to her friend and Sonia has decided to take it up.

Like, how would you do that to me and you called me your best friend. Why would you ever think of telling my boyfriend that I cheated on him and even if I did, it’s not your business, Sonia was so furious and shouting at Tina because she lied against her.

Bestie, I didn’t mean to lie against you but I was only trying to save your relationship so that you don’t break up with your man, Tina said while still kneeling on the floor.

That’s not true and we both know. I can’t count how many scoundrel acts you’ve shown me but I’ve always tried to forgive you. For this one, I forgive you too but I’d just be more careful around you, Sonia said, hisses and walked out on her best friend.

Tina has been unfriended by so many people because she’s a snitch and very wicked. Sonia heard about this from others but still felt Tina could change and be a good person but she was wrong. Even though she eventually knew that Tina never loved her for real, she kept on forgiving Tina. Sonia is someone who has a very forgiving heart.

After they settled the whole issue, Tina and Sonia became best of friends again. One day, Sonia came home and shared a job application link with Tina. The both of them have good jobs but they are in search of other ones as long as it will help them upgrade their expensive lifestyle.
Sonia shared the link with Tina and they both applied for the job. They waited three days to get a message from the company so they can go for the physical interview.

Babe, I don’t think this job link is real and if it is, maybe they have gotten whom they wanted because our resumes are good and there is no way they won’t want to give us a try, Tina said to Sonia.

I was thinking about it as well but let’s see how it goes or maybe we should take our minds off it, Sonia responded to her friend and they both forgot about the job link.

On the next morning when the both of them were preparing for work, Sonia’s phone was ringing but it didn’t look like the regular number that calls us all. When she picked up, she found out that the call was from the company she submitted her resume to. She was called for the physical interview and if she passed, she will be employed.

Babes, I was called for the physical interview ooh, Sonia told her friend but she could tell from Tina’s countenance that she wasn’t happy about the call but she didn’t say nothing.

When she got to the company on the next day, she met the managing director who was supposed to run the interview for her. She got there but she was surprised by what the man said. He said to her that, We are very sorry, ma’am. We checked your profile and saw that you don’t have a good reputation enough and you can’t be fit for this job so there may be no need to run the interview with you.

The man said to her and she was left in shock because she had no bad record. She told her boyfriend about it and they began to make some findings.
After thorough findings, they realized that Tina had messaged the job company earlier when Sonia got a call from them, Tina sent them a mail and photoshopped some pictures which shows where she was smoking cigarettes and all.
Sonia was so pained and surprised that even after she had forgiven her friend on different issues, she still had the gut to portray her scroundel act again.

Even though everyone said you’re a wicked and bad person, I still brought you close to me so that you don’t feel lonely and bad about what they say but you’re not making any change and you don’t want to stop being that scroundel person that you are. From now on, I don’t ever want to be friends with you, Sonia said to the wicked Tina and moved her things away from the house.
She rented another apartment and got a very good job that was even paying better than how much money the interview company had promised to pay earlier.
