Einen wunderschönen guten Abend,
heute gibt es mal kein Foto von meinem Essen, dafür ein Foto von einer der Katzen meiner Schwester. Die Kleine liebt die Kühltasche und sitzt wohl sehr häufig darin. Am Freitag kann ich mich selbst davon überzeugen, da werde ich sie kurz besuchen.
Mein Tag heute war unspektakulär. Das Paket ist angekommen, danach war ich kurz einkaufen. Die meisten meiner heutigen Schritte sind vom WalkingPad. Mir fällt allerdings zunehmend auf, dass, wenn ich dieses benutze und gleichzeitig den PC bediene, meine Hand so ruhig liegt, dass die Schritte nicht richtig gezählt werden. Ich denke, der Wert hätte heute wesentlich höher sein müssen, aber sei es drum.
Die ersten HBD zu Hive-Umwandlungen wurden so langsam durchgeführt. Der Break-Even ist noch nicht erreicht, aber das Ganze verschiebt sich auch um 10 Tage. Warum 10? Nach 7 Tagen wird der Post ausgezahlt, und 3 Tage dauert die Umwandlung. Vorher habe ich immer am Markt getauscht, da waren es 7 Tage. Verbessert mich, wenn ich falsch liege, aber ich habe irgendwo gelesen, dass die Umwandlungsfunktion "besser" für Hive ist?!

today, there's no photo of my food, but instead, a photo of one of my sister's cats. The little one loves the cooler bag and apparently sits in it quite often. I'll see for myself on Friday when I visit her briefly.
My day today was unspectacular. The package arrived, and then I went shopping briefly. Most of my steps today are from the WalkingPad. However, I'm increasingly noticing that when I use it and operate the PC at the same time, my hand is so steady that the steps aren't counted properly. I think the number should have been much higher today, but it is what it is.
The first HBD to Hive conversions have slowly started. Break-even hasn't been reached yet, but the whole thing is delayed by 10 days. Why 10? The post is paid out after 7 days, and the conversion takes 3 days. Previously, I always exchanged on the market, which took 7 days. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've read somewhere that the conversion function is "better" for Hive?!
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Heute gab es sowohl morgens als auch abends Linsensuppe. Ich habe auf ein Foto verzichtet, da es irgendwie nicht so ästhetisch aussah. :D
Mit 1710 kcal liege ich etwas mehr als 200 kcal unter meinem Grundbedarf und bin damit mehr als zufrieden.

Today, I had lentil soup both in the morning and in the evening. I skipped taking a photo as it didn't look very aesthetic. :D
With 1710 kcal, I am a little more than 200 kcal below my basal metabolic rate, and I'm more than happy with that.
Was sagt mein Gewicht?
Das erinnert mich ein wenig an den Kurs von Apple zurzeit. Stark gefallen, hat er sich gestern etwas erholt und ist heute wieder nach unten gegangen. Ich freue mich schon darauf, wenn ich genug Daten für die Monatsansicht habe! Vielleicht sollte ich auch mal Vorher-Nachher-Bilder machen – für mich selbst, nicht zum Posten. :D
What does my weight say?
This reminds me a bit of Apple's stock price at the moment. It dropped significantly, recovered a bit yesterday, and has gone down again today. I'm looking forward to having enough data for a monthly view! Maybe I should also take some before-and-after pictures – for myself, not for posting. :D
