I am glad you enjoyed reading my entry. The idea of high saturated fats being described as healthy is still not accepted by many. And one thing that many people don't know about the Ketogenic Diet is also the inclusion of electrolytes to help with dehydration and also some recommended supplements (potassium and magnesium) for fluid balance and heart health.
