Dealing with rental can be frustrating. Sometimes they gave us like bad car and it's hard not to complain. I mean, we're paying for it. Hope your car gets fixed soon!

        Thanks I hope so too as I feel I'm driving a lawn mower to and from work, hehe. Well in this case my auto insurance is paying for it but the customer service should be the same.
