Uf I understand that kind of situation if like people don't care about what is your situation but in fact their job is that, to provide the car at the scheduled time and well there are many models... at least after all... companies are like that and it seems always a patience test.

Yup I'm calm now but I will be calling often to check on replacement. A lot of friends and coworkers thought it was funny 😂 I have sort of laughed it off myself.
Laughs come later but in the exact moment of the situation not so easy.... 😅
