Interesting architecture. It seems to me that there are Arabic motifs in it.

That's how it is! The Venezuelan Architect, Carlos Raúl Villanueva, was inspired by the Real Maestranza de Caballería of Seville and the Baroque style, the arches and the elliptical shape recall the time of the arrival of the Arabs to this Spanish city.
