I'm sure I've caught this one on the last day of 2024! Even though I was prepared and tried to avoid it. But maybe anyway I've stayed one minute too much outside after running.
But like I told, I've been working today. One day just before the weekend because 6th is a Bank Holiday in Spain and 7th I took another day off because my children will be still in holidays too.
After work I wanted to try to sweat it out since the weather wasn't bad at all. Let's see tomorrow... Swimming with this cold doesn't look like a good idea to me, so I've skipped that one.
Tomorrow we'll go to the Marriott to celebrate my sons 10th birthday.
