Again two competitions right after each other today. First 4800m in my category which is Master M45 at a great pace 3'48"/km and 20 minutes after that the elite competition with again a great pace of 4'01"/km over 8000m.
For the kids there was the individual championship Mallorca with a second place for my daughter and a 10th place for my son in their respective categories...
