Just like the previous weeks I preferred a 15km training session instead of a street race on order to get fit for the crosses starting next week.
Because of road works and not feeling that bad I've extended about one kilometer and ended with beter feelings than the last two weeks. That's a step in the right direction and I'm happy with it. After having missed the ibiza triathlon due to bad weather I really wanted to do the half marathon in Porreres today but I was sure I wasn't ready for this kind of distances. Arriving with better feelings today means a lot towards next week...
