Today was D-Day for swimming, #cycling, running... Triathlon Day... Balearic Championship Day... And it was a rainy day. Actually the only rainy day in about half a week before and at least half a week after a it looks like. Anyway everything went better than expected. I was a bit afraid of 1500m swimming in open water (in competition), but I took it easy and finished under 36 minutes where I expected to need about 40'.
23 U-turns and a couple of 90 degrees on a wet surface and over 40km cycling? I coped with it.
And after all that 10km running, a distance that I hardly have passed even during training this summer? I hoped to be able to go at 4'30"/km and I did 4'19".
Overall very satisfied and this tastes like I want more 😍
Next weekend Spanish championship Biatle and the week after that I'll go to Formentera island for the beautiful triathlon which I've been doing last year as well! Bring it on!
