Swimming with my son: June 11 2024

Since my daughter is injured and shouldn't even swim, I went with only my son Mathias, so I couldn't stay too long.

But I need to extend my crawl distance so I opted for 500m crawl and 750m alternating 50m crawl with 25m breast stroke...
