I was doing some yard work, basicly just trying to tidy a few things up around my backyard when the next thing I knew, I had a stick insect on my arm.
After a bit of a shock, I was able to calmly get it onto a palm tree. I thought they were usually green , but they must be able to change their colour to match ttheirsurroundings.
It was hiding in a lot of dead palm fronds. I loved the way the camera phone can get a decent close-up photo as well.
Fitness wise, I did the morning run, an afternoon walk, and a few body weight exercises to try and stay in shape.
