My entry into bucipuci's around the world challenge 43/4 is a photo I took on our recent holiday to Japan. It is of sunrise at Urayasu City Sogo Park and Tokyo Bay. The small box or table in the middle is just explaining how this whole area was man-made and reclaimed from the bay.
Fitness wise, it was a morning and afternoon run /walk plus a full work day.
