Photo credit of me running to parkrun volunteer photographer. It was my 429th parkrun and my 10th at Redland Bay. It was two laps of a pretty water logged oval before an out and back on bay side path. Wet but plenty warm.
The rest of the day was house chores, an afternoon stroll, and some evening upper body weights.
