My entry into bucipuci's around the world challenge 33/4 is a photo I took on our last holiday a couple of months ago. It is of Wat Phra That Dio Saket it is in the north of Thailand, not far from Chang Mia. It was a hot day, and we walked the 290 steps to the top, which was about 420 metres above sea level.
This activity report was made of an early morning indoor cycling workout, a big day of work at a factory shutdown doing a switchboard change over. As well as an evening leg weight training session
