Hey Actifitters,
Although Kaia and Le Chat often, well almost always, feature in my daily Actifit reports, they rarely make the cover. But yesterday, spending time in the yard with them was yet again one of the main activities of the afternoon.
As usual, Le Chat just wanted to hang out with her sister. And of course, Kaia was happy to oblige.
But as you can see on the previous pics, the lawn is getting tall. With this damn hot/rainy weather, it's growing fast! So, I really need to take care of it soon, and the first step was of course to get gas for the mower. I wasn't planning to bring Kaia just for this short trip to a gas station, but she didn't take no for an answer, and there was no way to get her out of the car!
That was pretty strange, it started raining as soon as we left the house, and rained pretty much until we came back. Good timing for once, because when we got ready for our daily walk, no rain, even a little sun.
We had another visitor in the front yard across the street. These antlers are quite impressive!
Tried to zoom in a bit more, but for some reason, this deer refused to stay perfectly still, and it got blurry.
As you can imagine, Kaia was very interested, but she behaved very well once again, and just observed.
On the way to the forest, sunset colors were already fading in the cloudy sky.
But it wasn't too dark yet in the forest.
We followed pretty much the same usual route, followed by the same Cubiverse detour, and another quick loop in the forest.
Back at home, this deer was still there, that's a long dinner!
And that was all. After a miss, happy to jump over the bar again for #poprzeczka competition (and today too!).
