Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday wasn't as sunny as the previous day, but we did get some sun in the afternoon, which means we tried to spend several breaks in the yard.
Under the strict supervision of Kaia, Le Chat showed us she can actually move and she's not stuck to the bed on the deck.
She even joined us in the yard, apparently wanting to play.
She got a little worried when Kaia ran at her, but Kaia was gentle. Somehow Kaia understands she can't play with Le Chat the way she used to with Genepi.
After it was quite busy at work and I completely lost track of time. We ended up going for our long walk with Kaia much later at night.
We walked much faster than usual, almost jogging, and when we arrived in the forest, even Kaia seemed confused by our pace.
But she quickly snapped back from it, and went into the darkness after some critters.
She even found teepees to visit.
It was late, but we still made a couple detours outside the forest to catch Cubiverse vaults.
We went back inside the forest, so Kaia could stay off-leash a bit longer. She waited for me most of the afternoon, so she deserved it.
Since we walked fast, we had time to add even more distance in the neighborhood, it was again a pretty dark night.
In spite of taking very few steps in the afternoon, the final step count wasn't too bad thanks to this fast night walk. I'm usually better at not staying seated for long periods of time, but something needed to be finished. Actually it's not entirely complete, and it will require more work, but I'll make sure to take plenty of breaks, as we normally do.
