Hello Amigos
A humble welcome to my actifit report for Friday, 24th January 2024.
I woke up grateful 🙏 gave thanks to God, and gently started with the day's activities.
I didn't rush to prepare for cds because we were going to a market to give health talk and check people blood pressure.
After doing my morning house chores, I prepared and went for the cds without eating breakfast.
Even though I didn't want to go early, I was already late as planned, and we won't be spending much time there.
I got there to meet them already giving the first health talk, I joined in and started helping out with directing people to where my colleagues arranged for free BP checkup.
We even extended it to counselling those with high BP in a corner.
The market was somehow, and there were no chairs to sit.
We managed to get a few for them to sit and be checked.
We spent 2 hours there, and it was time to dismiss.
We gathered and took group pictures and signed attendance before clocking off.
I came back to meet light.....glory!!
I seized that opportunity to wash my clothes and bedsheets.
Prepared something and ate, they enjoyed an hour of sleep.
I woke up, removed the laundry from outside, and arranged them inside.
Then I prepared and went to church.
It was the last day of the five days program we had in church.
It hasn't been easy, but God encouraged and made it easy.
As I was standing today and controlling the crowd, I felt a back pain as a result of standing for hours 😂😂😂
The program is over, so it's maximum rest for me or not 🤷♀️
It was a wonderful,powerful, and prophetic program that I enjoyed a lot.
We ended the program by some minutes to 10pm.
I came back exhausted but prepared something to eat (plantain and egg).
Then, I loosened the braids on my head.
I washed my hair before calling it a day.
Indeed, it was a productive and fruitful day.
