So yesterday we talked about how I Beat depression let's recap

Get as much sunlight (morning sunlight ☀️)
Working out or strength training at least 15 to 30 minutes daily
Drink more water 💦

If you successfully do these three you can do another one is Sleep 😴 it's very important try to sleep the same time preferably 10pm and wake up 5am or 6am you need at least 7 to 8 hour sleep 💤 to get the basic functions in the body work well and to get rid of those dark thoughts.

Please keep in mind in all my blog posts I only share about my experiences and I experiment on my own body I am not a doctor or an expert in any way and I will never say I am one.

For me sharing these experiences I had is important because I did ask doctors for help many times in the past and nothing works but when I start to change my mind set and do my own thing it healed me.

Another reason why I share my stories is because I know some of you are like me we cannot afford to waste money on our own health because we have family to feed and take care of so this is just a way of an option IF you want to follow but always follow at your own risk.

It's excellent that you were able to surmount this challenge following your own inner direction, brother! I have zero trust in conventional doctors, and it doesn't at all surprise me that they couldn't help you. You know your own body better than anyone! We all have the capacity to heal ourselves, but few choose that path. Fantastic job! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I do wonder why some doctors are not healers I know it's because of business but maybe I'm wrong maybe they do try to heal people.

You're right we know our own body better and self heal ourselves.

I think many people who want to be doctors get into the field because they want to help people, but since conventional 'medicine' is basically run by the pharmaceutical companies, they fall in line quickly, and become pushes of drugs and surgeries. There are very, very few doctors that actually have any real understanding of true health and healing.

Indeed, and that's exactly what I learned in my life. I've always taken responsibility for my own health, and it's always servered me very well indeed! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

You're right sometimes we don't have the power to control things. Whenever I ask the doctors what should I eat to improve my health they just answered no need to change anything I never understood why they say this way.

Most doctors, because they have no real understanding of health and healing, also know little to nothing about nutrition. I've seen this over, and over, and over again. I mean, just look at the health of many doctors! In 8 years of medical training they have one super-short class on nutrition! That's insane! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
