Today, I was off work. It was another very hot day. This is day two of a 100F temps.
When I left work yesterday, this is what my car showed for outside temperature.
I started my day off with some yard work.
I did it early in the day before it got too hot.
This afternoon, I cleaned the pool and then the kids came over, so I spent an hour or so in the pool with them.
Despite the heat, I was able to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.
Tomorrow, I am back to work.
