Three parks with three lakes .. sounds like a fun adventure. 13C is pretty cold. Here it's almost fixed at 30C give or take a few. Wish it would be in the lower 20Cs though. Anyway, it's great you are equipped to go biking even in cool weathers. Glad the rain stopped. So cool you could stopover at the Lakeside Cafe. Wish there are cool places near me too. I don't fancy going to the mall that much LOL!
