Mein Tag begann heute damit, dass ich um 3:00 Uhr morgens aufgestanden bin, um rechtzeitig am Flughafen zu sein. Trotz aufgegebenem Koffer bin ich extrem schnell durch die Sicherheitskontrolle gekommen und hatte dann erst mal etwas Zeit zu überbrücken. In meinem Social Media Eifer habe ich nach langer Zeit mal wieder einen Post gemacht. Im Vergleich zum Kölner Flughafen war die Gepäckausgabe am Münchner Flughafen super schnell.
Nach der Arbeit bin ich dann erst mal zu meinem Hotel zurückgefahren, was ein wenig gedauert hat, weil es schon recht außerhalb liegt. Dort bin ich dann erst mal die Gegend erkunden gegangen. Ich tue mir jetzt für die nächsten Tage allerdings ein wenig schwer, ein passendes Fitnessstudio zu finden, weil die meisten nur bis 21:00 Uhr oder höchstens bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet haben und recht weit entfernt sind. Das heißt, nach der Arbeit brauche ich ungefähr eine halbe Stunde mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ich bin mir noch nicht sicher, welches Studio ich mir dann tatsächlich zutraue, weil hier keins mit einem bekannten Namen in der Nähe ist. Mal schauen, wie es wird.

My day began at 3:00 AM when I woke up to get to the airport on time. Despite checking in luggage, I got through security really quickly and had some time to kill. In my social media enthusiasm, I made a post after a long time. Compared to the Cologne airport, baggage claim at Munich airport was super fast.
After work, I headed to my hotel, which took a while since it's located quite far out. Once I arrived, I decided to explore the area. I'm currently having a bit of trouble finding a suitable gym for the next few days since most of them only stay open until 9 or 10 PM and are quite far away. It takes me about 30 minutes by public transport after work. I’m still not sure which gym I'll end up trying since none of the familiar names are nearby. We'll see how it goes.
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Zu essen gab's bei mir heute Morgen ein Franzbrötchen. In der Kantine gab es heute Bratwurst zusammen mit ziemlich viel Gemüse und Kartoffelpüree. Ich habe mir noch einen großen Salat dazu genommen. Und weil ich ja gesagt hatte, dass ich Döner testen werde, habe ich mir heute auch wieder einen Döner geholt – super positiv überrascht! Ich habe 7,50 € dafür bezahlt und er hat tatsächlich über 600 g gewogen. Das war wirklich eine richtig gute Portion für den Preis. Ich bin echt begeistert, aber ich glaube, in Berlin sind die Döner-Preise im Vergleich noch in Ordnung oder zumindest die Menge, die man dafür bekommt, stimmt.
What about the calories?
For breakfast today, I had a Franzbrötchen. At the canteen, there was bratwurst served with a good portion of vegetables and mashed potatoes. I also added a large salad. And since I mentioned I’d be testing döner kebabs, I got one again today – and I was super positively surprised! I paid €7.50 for it, and it weighed over 600 grams. It was a really great portion for the price, and I’m honestly impressed. I think the döner prices in Berlin are relatively fair, or at least the amount you get for your money is decent.
