Hallo zusammen, ich hoffe, ihr hattet heute einen richtig coolen Tag. Bei uns war das Wetter einfach nur eine Katastrophe – es hat fast ununterbrochen geregnet, war eisig und windig. Selbst mit einer guten Jacke hat es keinen Spaß gemacht, draußen zu sein.
Ich war heute beruflich bei Außenterminen unterwegs, die wirklich gut gelaufen sind. Arbeitstechnisch war es also ein super Tag, worüber ich mich wahnsinnig freue.
Abends habe ich Minecraft gespielt und wollte das Ganze eigentlich auf der Hive-Plattform streamen. Leider hat das nicht richtig funktioniert. Obwohl ich auf der Plattform angezeigt wurde, wurde kein Post erstellt, was echt schade war. Es wäre cool gewesen, vielleicht den ein oder anderen von euch im Chat zu sehen. Währenddessen habe ich im Stehen gespielt, weil ich nach einem ganzen Tag Sitzen keine Lust mehr darauf hatte. Da bin ich echt froh über meinen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch.
Sportlich aktiv war ich heute nicht wirklich, auch wenn ich knapp 7000 Schritte gemacht habe. Das zählt eigentlich nicht. Zu essen gab es heute Jägerschnitzel, zu dem ich eingeladen wurde – das hat mich gefreut. Abends habe ich den Döner aus der Heißluftfritteuse gegessen, der wirklich super geschmeckt hat, fast wie frisch. Das liegt daran, dass das Brot in der Heißluftfritteuse schön knackig wird, ganz anders als in der Mikrowelle, wo es wabbelig bleibt.
Kalorientechnisch war ich heute ähnlich wie gestern bei einem Defizit: Gestern 307, heute 318. Ein solider Wert, auch wenn ich bezweifle, dass ich damit wirklich abnehmen werde – mein Körper hält einfach gerne an seinem Gewicht fest. Aber es war ein schöner Tag, und ich freue mich auf morgen. Wir sehen uns!

Hi everyone, I hope you had a great day today. The weather here was absolutely awful – it rained almost nonstop, was freezing, and windy. Even with a good jacket, being outside was no fun at all.
I had some work-related appointments outdoors today, and they went really well. So, work-wise, it was a fantastic day, which I’m super happy about.
In the evening, I played Minecraft and had planned to stream it on the Hive platform. Unfortunately, it didn’t work properly. While I showed up on the platform, no post was created, which was disappointing. It would’ve been cool to see some of you in the chat. I played while standing because I couldn’t bear sitting any longer after a whole day of it. I’m really glad to have a height-adjustable desk.
I wasn’t particularly active today, though I did manage about 7000 steps – but that doesn’t really count as exercise. For food, I had Jägerschnitzel for lunch, which I was invited to – that was a nice treat. In the evening, I had a reheated döner from the air fryer, which tasted amazing, almost like it was freshly made. The air fryer makes the bread crispy, unlike the microwave, which just makes it soggy.
Calorie-wise, I had a similar deficit to yesterday: 307 yesterday and 318 today. A solid number, though I doubt it’ll lead to weight loss – my body seems to like holding onto its weight. Still, it was a fun day, and I’m looking forward to tomorrow. See you then!
