Greetings dear friends of Amazing Drinks. Milky and passion fruit, or maracuya, are two fruits that are consumed a lot at home, the first was my parents' favorite and the second is my favorite. I always prepared these two juices separately, until a friend of mine told me that the combination of both fruits is wonderful.

The truth is that I was curious to try these two fruits together and thus verify what my friend had told me. I made this combination of fruits, and the result was a creamy drink, which besides being delicious is very nutritious. As for the flavor, I could slightly taste the acidity of the passion fruit and the creamy sweetness of the milkweed. When I make passion fruit juice, I like to parboil the peel, which means that I was not satisfied with just the creaminess of the milky juice.

Papaya provides fiber, relief for digestive problems, helps to lose weight, is healing and strengthens the cardiovascular system. Parchiette is rich in vitamin C and is diuretic, therefore, it contributes to eliminate toxins from the body. The peel also has its properties, it provides fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

- 350 grs of papaya
- 2 passion fruit or passion fruit with smooth peel
- Sugar to taste
- 750 ml of water
