A boss or a worker - who do you prefer?

in Lifestyle10 months ago

I can not say I will want to be a worker for someone, i like self Boss, and the truth remains that, nobody will choose to work for anybody over becoming a self boss, if we are to check on this reasoning, a greater number of people would want a self boss, but i will speak from the experience I had some years ago, which also taught me some important lessons, few which are what, I am going to reveal in this post.

The truth is, people learned from what they do and that becomes an experience for them, which they keep and tell it to the people who want to go into something that they have did before. In short, experiences are the things we do and came across In our everyday life's.

I have work before as a bartender, and during those days, I was so deligent in my duty post, we were about eight people in numbers that works in that department, and each time i remember about it, It seems that it was just yesterday that I worked there, something to understand is, you can never control people who have taste a bottle of spirit drink's.

A day emerge when a customer raised his hands on one of us, it was bad for him to have lay his hands on our colleagues but the manager told the worker to overlooked it for his sake and he did.

For the fact that i have work as a bartender, I think if anybody should asked me about the job, I will be able to tell the person what he is to expect, if he is going to work in that type of hospitality organization.

Then, if i was not working there, i will not be able to know how the operation is at the workplace, if there is something I have pinpoint In life, that is that, even the slightest things has value when we need to get hold of it.

Few days ago my sibling who just finished high school last year taught of engaging himself in a work, and among the places of works he mentioned was an hospitality organization, since I have already work in a place like that, I was able to guide him and told him of the department he should seek employment for in any hospitality organization, I told him to overlooked seeking an appointment as a barman, because I know the kind of person he is, he can easily get angry, so for him not to get upset by some annoying customer's, he should rather write his application in a suitable place he can handled like in the kitchen, since he is a good cook.

I have friends still working in the hospitality organization I once work, so I took my brother there and I recommend him, he was given the job and the manager was happy seeing me, he hugged me and it was him who hired my brother.

Being a worker requires a lot of patience, especially in industries where there's a lot of human interaction. Experience can be a good guide in making future decisions both for ourselves and others close to us.

You said it all dear friend, one really need patience to work in an organization with so many people, yet that experience we acquired can still go along way in guiding other people in choosing an aspects of job, thanks for coming through dear friend.

I worked for other people and companies in different contexts for years, but honestly I just can't make myself do that anymore, and I haven't for years now. For me being an entrepreneur is the only way to go, though I do appreciate collaboration with people with whom I'm aligned! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
