aw that's sweet may nakaalala sakin! ✨ below 10-15 degrees! that's too cold, that extra effort to sweat! But !luv the effort of being able to work out in that cold weather, if it was me probably under the comfort of comforters 🤣🤣🤣

hey, dip is a form of calisthenics that I consider one of the hardest forms of exercise, it takes lots of practice to be able to perform, and I'm glad you're trying it out. Just keep trying every time you go to this area and you'll be able to do it, start with lower reps and gradually increase, don't injure yourself, and just enjoy it as much as you can! ✨

Nagyellow na nga sa ibang part ng HK nung 24...

Maganda sna yung mataas at naka hang talaga... Mas kaya ko cguro yun kesa yung na sides..it was difficult and my shoulders ached so I stopped haha...but I want to try it again next time..

try this home workout as a starting point.

every morning

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • Progressive 10, 20 Push ups
  • Hip Thrust
  • Squats
  • Jumping squats
  • Mountain climbing
  • Progressive 30sec, 1min, 5mins Planking

Sa real mountain climbing na lang ako 😂.. D ko carry push ups, trinay ko na yan haha

kaya yan! haha it'll help stabalize your shoulders, may regress version naman yun knee push ups :)

Trinay ko rin yan.. Sinc magka arm pain ako, nahihirapan na ako sa mga yan.. Kahig plank hndi ko na matagalan unlike before.
