I could end this topic with just one word, DOING IT ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ƒ and as silly as it may sound, it is!!! But well I will talk a little more, in life there are MANY things that we find uncomfortable, and the only way to stop them from being uncomfortable is DOING them more often, sounds easy doesn't it? Well it is not always, and I write this with all the basis of the world, there are many things that I find uncomfortable, and I show myself super immature sometimes, but when I start doing them they become less uncomfortable, for example a few months ago for me it was IMPOSSIBLE to get up before 6: 30 am I used to say "I will not rest at all, I can not stand sleep and blah blah" I even fought so that my husband would not do it either, because we slept late, but in view that our day yielded little, and with the children everything was more complicated, you meet the numbers of our business was uphill, so we decided to start getting up at 5am, my husband goes to exercise with some friends of infamy from Monday to Friday, and I get up and start working from that time to at 6: 30 to get the kid up and start the routine to fix him and take him to classes! ! the first days were TORTURE, I woke up in a bad mood ๐Ÿคฃ and I felt like I hated my husband for such an idea hahaha but after a week I was already adapted and now I wake up peacefully!!!

So my favorite way to motivate myself to do uncomfortable things is to know that the more I do it, the less uncomfortable it will be๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•.

Hi, making things uncomfortable is not easy, but it's like you say in your post, you have to do them and for that you have to start. When something makes me uncomfortable, I usually give it long and time goes by and it is not the should be, because that uncomfortable thing is still there waiting and that sgnifica that I stop doing something that evenqe is uncomfortable in the long run is for my well being and because I need it, I must do it and that is my motivation.
