Hello, I hope you recover your health soon, the covid is back, you have to take care of yourself. Going to Tenerife is an excellent plan. Years ago I visited it, I was there for a week, I visited some water parks and the capital which is beautiful. Going to Teide was something you can't do, from what you describe it is a magical and very special place to enjoy the weekend. Greetings.
