Foie gras....well that is another matter....if it is what I have heard it is....force feeding a goose to fatten them them up quickly...I would have to pass on raising Geese exclusively for that delicacy.
However I could wax a bit more on the idea of ducks...if you would like.
The thought came to mind to categorise the issue...There are wild ducks and farm-raised ducks. The farmer is responsible to protect and care for those ducks..to give them the best life he can give them and they in turn give him the best eggs/meat.
