hello, @ngwinndave. i was surprised to see something like staying hydrated related to self kindness, that was a bit weird for me to learn. but thanks anyways fyi.

The benefits of staying hydrated includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Improved brain performance, prevention of headaches and constipation, flushing out of toxins, boosting energy levels, regulation of body temperature, prevention of infection...
Plus lots more.
