Hehehe... Yeah, that was a bummer, but I suppose that the hardest thing to find in Spain (and France) around 13-14 hours is a place to eat... Especially on working days... They always have some special (kitchen) hours... But, in the end, it was our fault that we didn't plan our trip better... That happens when you do these "spontaneous" trips... π
At least you learned your lesson π
In Switzerland, it's almost impossible to find a place to eat on Sunday and Monday. It's so frustrating! You want to have a relaxing weekend and eat out and the only option is fast food, because the rest is closed...
Really? I didn't visit Switzerland so had no idea, but I didn't expect that you couldn't eat anytime... On the other time, it makes sense as people who work in restaurants should have free days... But, maybe they should take them on Mondays-Tuesdays... π
