Friends, welcome to my today's post. I hope all of you friends will be very happy and healthy. Friends, today's weather was very good and it was also Sunday, so I thought of going somewhere for a walk today. I didn't want to go far, so I went to Amod, a small village 20 kilometers away from my home.
As soon as I woke up in the morning, I took a bath with hot water and it seemed that it was going to rain but it did not rain. I asked my wife to make tea and breakfast while I called my friend and asked him to go for a drive with me. My friend was having a headache so he refused to come.
It was around 11 o'clock in the morning and I set my bike to call cell and headed towards the village. I was feeling that it will not rain now but it will rain only when I reach half way. The weather was very nice and cool breeze was coming. Like me, many people had gone out for a long drive. There were fields all around and there was a two-way road like in a village.
The cold had increased a lot and then my eyes fell on a small shop on the road. Spicy and salty snacks were available there. Small children keep eating such snacks in the village, that is why such products made by housewives are sold more in the village. I paid 20 rupees and took two sachets of snacks and was eating there standing on the road.
After having snacks, I left for my destination. After reaching my destination, I rested for some time and then left to return home. While coming, I thought of washing my bike. There was a bike wash shop on the road where bikes were being washed. I got the bike washed by paying Rs 50. Then he left to return home.
When I was 10 kilometers away from my home, it started raining and all my clothes got wet. I stood under a tree for some time so that I would not get sick from getting wet in the rain. I saw that a tree was picked and painted with cotton. India's biggest festival Diwali is coming and hence everything is decorated. In the village, trees are chosen and decorated with garlands and this is a sign of decoration for the Diwali festival. When the rain stopped, I left to return home. I came home at 5 in the evening and took bath again with hot water and had dinner. So this is how today was my short trip Sunday.
