I see some wrapped Christmas gifts ready to be given out on the day of Christmas or even on the boxing day.

Christmas

A time to merry and go round
A time to ponder and wonder
A time to reflect and affect
A time to overhaul and renew.

A pack of gifts for the kids
A sack of items unwrapped
A brand of choices to make
A colour mix of items to reflect the mood
Of the times and seasons

Do you have the gifts to give?
Do you have the heart to give?
Do you have the heart to receive?
If you say nay, the kids say yes!

Oh, Christmas!!!
The gifts are here to give
The kids are anticipating
And wishing to get the best
The best, they will.

As the kids line up
To unwrap and recieve their packages
The donor is much happier
To share his joy with the kids
And everyone who cares
To take part in the joys of the season.

You are right. It is not always an easy thing to do especially when one feels that he or she has nothing to give in return. But that should not deter one from recieving especially when the giver feel no obligation on his part to part with such a gift. Thanks for stopping by @wakeupkitty. I appreciate your kind comments.
