RE: Building The Millennium Falcon

It’s amazing how much detail goes into the creation of these film props. I’ve not read a great deal about Star Wars ships and vehicles, but when I was young, I was always fascinated by the detail that went into the bat mobile and other gadgets that Batman used. I guess that’s where the sense of realism comes from.

Thanks for sharing these books. My son is a big Star Wars fan. We’ve made Grogu using the same style of construction material, so I’ll have to track these down, I think.

These are really cool and well worth checking out. They don't take too long to make, but the well of information and facts about the creation of these vehicles, coupled with in universe lore details is really cool and makes them well worth it.

If your son is interested in Star Wars, I'm sure he'll enjoy it. I have a boy too, he's only 10 months old at the moment, but it'll be fun to see what he gravitates towards as he gets older.

Congratulations - under a year old! Such a fun time. My son is nearly nine. He gravitated to Star Wars on his own, which I’m glad he did. Makes present buying so much easier! I’ve always liked Star Wars, but never been a really big fan, but it’s nice to be able to sit and watch the older films with him. There’s so much to discuss and explore.

I wasn’t certain about some of the newer films. I thought they might be a bit mature for him, so we’ve been playing Lego Star Wars on the PlayStation by way of introduction. It’s worked quite well. At least, it seems to have!
