I don't sleep much either..I can fall asleep easily but I wake up after 4 or so hours quite often. It's exhausting.

In my case, I commented on it in the log of the day because it is not something that happens to me frequently, I usually sleep easily and sleep continuously for 7 to 8 hours without problems, but last night was not normal.
