Greetings as usual. Hello to all friends who have come across my article. Family relaxation time during the Chinese New Year holiday. At my house, there are many dishes that my mother cooked to worship the ancestors, such as boiled chicken, boiled pork, stir-fried vegetables, stir-fried rice vermicelli, braised pork, fried crab rolls, Chinese steamed dumplings, Chinese steamed cakes, and many kinds of fruits.
After we worship the ancestors, we have to eat it for many meals until it's all gone. This makes everyone in the house bored with the same food. Some things are transformed, such as stir-fried vegetables, which are transformed into stewed Chinese cabbage. Boiled chicken and boiled pork are fried again or stir-fried to make them crispy and more delicious, along with dipping sauce and hot rice.
This year, my family didn't go anywhere. After I went to my younger brother's house, I took her to a pizza shop for a snack and to try new restaurants that we had never been to. We found a shop not far from my younger brother's house called Soom Kafae Baan Singh, located in Ban Singh Subdistrict.
When we went to the shop, it was a three-story shophouse converted into a restaurant. In front, there was a table set up for eating, along with a small band or folk songs playing to entertain us. The interior was decorated in white, comfortable, and modern. To order food, we had to scan a QR code. And there will be a website with a menu for us to order without having to have a staff take the order. We ordered three appetizers: sweet potato fries, crispy pork and egg yolk salad, and pizza. It didn't take long for us to finish everything because it wasn't a lot. And we agreed that the taste was delicious. The pizza was thin and crispy. My granddaughter loved it and she will come back again later.
