Hola. He estado un par de días sin publicar mi registro, que suele ser diario, pero han pasado un par de cosas que me han alterado mi ritmo y mi forma de hacer las cosas. Por una parte, este fin de semana mi dispositivo de BAM para Internet y mi celular, han presentado una rara falla en que pierden totalmente la conectividad de datos. Eso es muy malo para mi #vida, pues yo vivo trabajando de manera remota, con esta falla (que se puede considerar una falla catastrófica) mi capacidad de trabajo se paraliza y mi posibilidad de generar ingresos económicos se va a cero.
En verdad que me ha tenido preocupado todo esto, la falla ocurrió en la tarde del domingo, ya es la noche del martes y no he conseguido manera de arreglarlo, probé usar mi celular como modem desde la computadora de mi hermano y tampoco se comunica, igual falla se me presenta con mi BAM, así que mi hermano me dice que use su celular para conectarme o que use un viejo celular que tenemos sin uso. En el día de hoy, estoy probando usar el celular viejo, colocando mi chip para ponerlo en funcionamiento y procurar publicar.

El fin de semana pasada, la Organización Mundial de la Salud, la #OMS, declaró el fin de la emergencia por la pandemia de #Covid19, eso no indica que se dé por terminada la pandemia, solamente indica que se considera que el periodo crítico inicial de la pandemia se ha controlado y se puede salir del Estado de Emergencia Epidemiológico.
Esta declaración del organismo internacional llevó a que, en #Venezuela, un funcionario del gobierno diera una declaración pública y oficial del levantamiento de las medidas más fuertes de la cuarentena establecida en nuestro país. En Venezuela, la declaración de la #cuarentena y el distanciamiento social fue el viernes 13 de marzo de 2020, de eso ya han pasado más de tres años. Cuando el tiempo de cuarentena se inició la cuarentena, yo estaba iniciando las clases de un nuevo semestre, luego de eso, me quedé en casa la mayor parte del tiempo. Aclaro que ya a partir del segundo mes de la cuarentena en Venezuela, la situación económica de mucha gente, que vive al día (sin ahorros, sin más fuentes de comida que su paga mensual, semana, quincenal o diaria), llevó a que la gente prefiriera salir a buscar como sobrevivir, ya sin importarle mucho el contagiarse.
Se trataba, cruelmente, de tener que elegir entre el riesgo de contagiarse (con el consiguiente riesgo de tener un caso grave y morir) y la certeza de que si no se tenía comida en casa la familia moriría de hambre. Entre un riesgo de mal y una certeza de mal, resulta que la mayoría nos vamos a decidir por apostar la vida y lanzarnos al #riesgo, cuando menos hay allí probabilidades de sobrevivir, incluso si es una apuesta con muy malas perspectivas.

En realidad, el mismo gobierno vio que la situación no era controlable y creó periodos especiales de ‘flexibilización de la cuarentena’, que en realidad fue como si levantaran del todo la cuarentena, por lo menos en la mayor parte de las restricciones. Eso me hacía pensar que acá estábamos llevando una cuarentena muy rara, pero entendí que la gente trataba de sobrevivir. Ya teníamos una grave #crisis económica y social, así que la cuarentena nos terminó de complicar la vida y nos empujaba a la locura. Nuestro sistema de #salud ya estaba en grave decadencia, así que, si alguien se llegaba a enfermar, resultaría muy difícil (o puede que fuera del todo imposible) que recibiera toda la atención que necesitaba del sistema de salud pública nacional.
Ya hoy, estamos fuera del periodo de cuarentena de manera oficial, se mantienen las recomendaciones de distanciamiento social, uso del tapabocas en espacios cerrados con aglomeración de gente y el uso de desinfectante, así como la recomendación de constante lavado de manos y superficies. Por lo demás, se deja atrás unos tres años de una situación que me gustaría mucho que no se repitiera de nuevo durante mi tiempo de vida.
Bien, eso sería todo por hoy, espero que todo lo que estoy haciendo me funcione y que el viejo celular me permita publicar lo que estoy escribiendo fuera de línea.
