Sometimes i am in a hurry and just skip breakfast all together. But i have learned from experience that i am much more pleasant if i have something to eat in the mornings.
Lately this combination of three items is both quick and tasty and also very healthy on top of that.
The three items i like to combine are: Cottage Cheese, blueberries and cinnamon.

Cottage Cheese:

Fresh Blueberries:

Cinnamon:
Taste: Also known as Vietnamese cinnamon, Saigon cinnamon has a strong, sweet, and spicy flavor. It’s commonly used in cooking and baking.
Health Benefits: Saigon cinnamon may help regulate blood sugar levels, reduce inflammation, and protect against chronic diseases.
However, due to its coumarin content, limit intake to about 1 teaspoon per day.
