I wonder which among the "sovereignty-driven" platforms that you use (Hive included) would be the first to incorporate quantum resistance on a hard fork. π€π€ It would require every person on Hive to change their private keys on each of their Hive accounts though. π€―π
Maybe "upgrade" your "uninstall" button for your keyboard and its "autocorrect", such that it will prevent any reinstallation of the same app (and all its instances hiding under different names)! π€―ππ

That's a very good question. I haven't heard any talk of it yet, so no idea. Well, that would certainly be a way to weed out inactive or dead accounts! πππβ¨π€

However, those "inactive or dead accounts" (or crypto wallets on most blockchains in general) would mean their wallets would be emptied by powerful-enough quantum computers. π€π€―π€―π€

Yep, that's true too! I really hope that the Hive devs implement quantum resistance before quantum computers start cracking everyone's keys. πππβ¨π€
