From the USA, we move over to the world of boxing. Do you know that on this day in 1962, Evander Holyfield, an American boxer, the only professional fighter to win the heavyweight championship four times, surpassing Muhammad Ali's record of three, was born in Atmore, Alabama, U.S.A.
From the world of boxing, we move over to the world of music and entertainment. Now, on this day in 1944, Peter Tosh is a Jamaican singer-songwriter and founding member of the Wailers, a popular reggae band from the 1960s and early 1970s, was born in Grange Hill, Jamaica.
Gentlemen, we'll round off our today's look in from Haiti. Do you know that on this day in 1961, Sergio Osmeña, a Filipino statesman, founder of the Nationalist Party (Partido Nacionalista) and President of the Philippines from 1944 to 1946, died in Manila, the Philippines.
